Delivery and Returns
When your order is forwarded to our warehouse, it reaches the hub of our company. The warehouse is well stocked with carefully planned inventory levels to make sure we can dispatch your order quickly.
Your products will be selected, packed and clearly labelled according to your requirements, ready for collection by the carrier. We are happy to service special document and transportation requests.
UK orders will be packed and ready for dispatch within 2 days. Export orders will be packed and ready for dispatch within 5 days.
Orders are accepted for full pack sizes only
Should you be unhappy with your purchase, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Returned goods are not accepted without prior written permission. A 20% restocking charge will be made on all returned goods.
