When you place an order, you need to know when you can expect it.  If you are in the UK, your order will be packed and ready to go within 2 days.  If you are an export customer, your order will be packed and ready to go within 5 days.  If this can’t be accomplished we’ll let you know immediately and will give you a £20 voucher for your next order.
