Want to know what our customers’ think of Warwick Sasco?

Late last year we asked our customers for their opinions of our performance and where we can improve our service, 100 customers responded. If you are one of those 100, thank you for taking valuable time to respond.

Our analysis is complete, your comments are helpful and you may like to know some of the results.

Would you recommend us?

√          98% of our customers would recommend us

We place great emphasis on meeting our customers’ expectations.

How do you rate our Sales and Marketing tools? Is the website helpful and easy to use? Is our brochure informative and easy to read?

√          88% of customers find our brochure helpful and easy to read

√          77% find our website clear and easy to use

We received some good ideas to improve the brochure. The website will be upgraded later this year. It will include areas for customer ‘interface’ and extra information

When you contact us, how do we perform? Are staff friendly and polite?

√          86% of our customers compliment our polite and friendly staff

Do we respond within agreed timescales?

√          70% of customers say we handle enquiries efficiently and respond in good

time.

We like talking to and emailing our customers. More communications create better business

If there is a problem with our paperwork, is it solved quickly?

√          We had very few comments about errors on documents but 100% of customers say if

they have experienced a problem it was resolved very quickly.

The Warwick Sasco Guarantee states ‘You want to get on with your business and you don’t want to waste time chasing errors on orders or invoices. If you ever find a mistake please call us, and we promise to correct it by the next working day. If not we will discount the item by 10% ‘

Are our invoices easy to read?

New invoice and delivery notes were introduced last year

When Warwick Sasco orders arrive, do they arrive in good condition?

√          65% of our customers say our products arrive in good condition with correct paperwork

We want to do better. Warehousing and shipping operations are under review. Shortly we will implement improvements to warehousing and shipping operations.  

We hope you find the results valuable. Some customers suggested specific improvements, these will take a little longer to implement.
